Bird Taxidermy

Our commitment to creating museum-quality pieces ensures that every specimen is crafted at the highest standards and representative of the species-specific characteristics. Each bird taxidermy piece comes with a basic wooden base, providing a polished display that enhances the overall presentation. If you are interested in a different display, we are open to collaboration to best suit your interests. Whether you're looking to preserve a cherished catch or enhance a collection, our focus on detail and artistry guarantees a remarkable addition to any environment. If you are interested in commissioning a piece of bird taxidermy, please include any legal paperwork and permits necessary for possession of the bird. If you are unsure what paperwork you need, reach out and we can assist. We are permitted to work on migratory birds for institutions with possession permits.

Mammal Taxidermy

Our equipped and professionally managed studio employs advanced immersion tanning processes for each specimen to ensure that every final piece is of the highest quality, remarkably durable, and meticulously designed to last for years to come. Drawing on our extensive background in biology, we are dedicated to creating stunning pieces that authentically and artistically showcase the unique characteristics and intricate details of each species. Each taxidermy mount is elegantly presented on a premium wood base, but we wholeheartedly welcome collaboration to realize any specific ideas or custom requests you may have in mind. Please kindly note that while we primarily accept traditional mammal taxidermy requests, we occasionally consider tanning or pelt services as well.

Restoration

We offer highly specialized taxidermy restoration services meticulously designed to preserve and enhance older specimens. Our skilled team can treat pests, perform detailed general cleaning, and undertake more intricate restoration processes aimed at revitalizing pieces that require additional care to bring back their original color and infuse them with new life. To ensure we provide the highest standard of service possible, a required consultation and deposit are necessary before we accept any work. This approach enables us to conduct a thorough visual assessment to determine the feasibility and best methods for restoring your cherished items.

Collection Assessment

If you have a collection of taxidermy, our studio offers comprehensive assessments to evaluate the condition and quality of your collection. Understanding the unique needs of each piece allows us to determine the best goals for maintenance and potential future accessions. With extensive experience in both museum and private collections, we are equipped to work with a diverse range of materials that meet your or your institution's standards.

Following the assessment, all clients will receive detailed notes outlining our evaluations and recommendations. This ensures a clear understanding of the condition of your collection and the steps needed to preserve its integrity and aesthetic appeal.
